Geo Ops — Terms of Service

1. Overview

Geo Ops ("the Application") is a private internal business application developed and operated by Hyuman.

The Application provides authorized Hyuman personnel and approved collaborators with tools for keyword research, geographic market analysis, and related marketing planning activities.

By accessing or using Geo Ops, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable Hyuman internal information-security policies.

2. Authorized Use

Geo Ops is intended exclusively for authorized users acting on behalf of Hyuman.

Access may be granted, modified, or revoked by Hyuman at its discretion.

Users must protect their account credentials, use the Application only for authorized business activities, and comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.

You may not share access credentials, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Application for purposes unrelated to authorized business operations.

3. Google Ads Integration

Geo Ops uses the Google Ads API to provide keyword research, search-demand analysis, competition indicators, and related planning information.

Users connecting Google accounts must have appropriate authorization to access the associated Google Ads accounts.

Google account connections are subject to Google's own terms, privacy policies, and API access requirements.

Geo Ops is an independent application operated by Hyuman and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.

4. Data and Intellectual Property

The Application, its software, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Hyuman or its respective licensors.

Research data, account information, and other materials accessible through the Application must be handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality obligations and Hyuman's internal policies.

Users may not redistribute restricted account information, expose confidential data to unauthorized parties, or use the Application for unlawful purposes.

5. Availability and Accuracy

Geo Ops is provided as an internal operational tool.

Information obtained from third-party services, including Google Ads, may include estimates, limitations, or changes outside Hyuman's control.

Hyuman does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of third-party research data.

The Application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when required for operational, technical, or security reasons.

6. Privacy and Security

Personal information and data obtained through Google APIs are processed in accordance with the Geo Ops Privacy Policy.

Users must comply with applicable security procedures and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Termination of Access

Hyuman may revoke access when a user is no longer authorized, when access is no longer operationally necessary, or when these Terms or relevant organizational policies are violated.

Google API authorization may also be revoked through the user's Google account settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

Hyuman may update these Terms to reflect changes in Application functionality, internal policies, or legal requirements.
